B. Testing facilities:
Testing Facilities In-House:
1. Raw materials testing, chemical laboratory equipped with all testing facilities.
2. Dimensional all types of thread gauges of will reputed companies are equipped. And also dial vernier caliper, thickness measuring gauges, combination set, Micrometers and also set of slip gauges etc.
3. Hydro test, PEC, make 2 machines for hydrostatic pressure test, Bulldozer Pump.
4. (a) Flow test for performance test, portable pump 1100 LPM - "FIREX" make.
(b) 40 HP ECC. Driven Motor with Johnson make Centrifugal Pump.
(c) 180 BHP Diesel Engine coupled with 4500 LPM @ 8kg/cm2 output pump.
Testing Facilities outside the company
1. Physical properties Testing tested at Anup Engineering Ltd. Odhav, Ahmedabad.
2. Flow Test at Santej Works.
